CAVE 3D Augmented Virtuality Video Game

This is an immersive 3D shooter with motion capturing system in the Augmented Virtuality System “CAVE” of the Leibniz Rechenzentrum Garching.

Developed in C++ and the framework Open Scene Graph. All enemies are animated. For interaction I have build a controller from a toy gun and used the bluetooth mouse keys for trigger and reload. The device itself is tracked over the same motion capturing system as the camera is tracked. This capturing system is integrated in the CAVE and accessed via a hardware-api.
